A – Yes, you definitely can.

A – you can set up Fax to email, which send all faxes you would have received directly to your email.
Q – Can I set up international extensions on my account and pay in AUD?
A – Yes, you can set up extensions all around the world with our Essentials and professional licences. Some pricing may vary depending on the locations.
Q – Do you have a Trans-Tasman plan where I can link my NZ and AUS offices?
A – Yes, this is a new feature and a product which allows free calls between the offices.
Q – Can I integrate the phone with my CRM
A – We have integrations with over 60 applications and CRMs, few of the main ones we connect with are Salesforce, Hubspot and Zoho for all others please get in touch with us and we will advise.
Q – Do your prices on the website include the App for mobile and Desktop or is it just the call rates?
A – The Apps are included in all of our prices.

A – No, we are able to set you up remotely, which in the current climate is great for all involved, it also makes things a lot quicker.

A – Simply get in touch with us and we can give you the API details and we can look at getting it all set up.
